 Ramiro has over 20+ years of experience in the construction industry serving the South Florida Market, and has completed over $150 million of construction projects. His client base has varied from private to public entities with the majority of his experience in Construction Management. As President and a Managing Principal at Neucor Construction he always ensures that his clients receive the highest return from their investment with regards to cost, quality, and time. Responsible for overseeing all company operations in terms of pre-construction, estimating/bidding, client value engineering, project negotiations, schedule supervision, on site construction and field operation management, and overall financial management. Ramiro believes in the team mentality and is unwavering in pushing the entire team to perform above and beyond their own as well as the clients’ expectations.
