 Ramiro has over 20+ years of experience in the construction industry serving the South Florida Market, and has completed over $150 million of construction projects. His client base has varied from private to public entities with the majority of his experience in Construction Management. As President and a Managing Principal at Neucor Construction he always ensures that his clients receive the highest return from their investment with regards to cost, quality, and time. Responsible for overseeing all company operations in terms of pre-construction, estimating/bidding, client value engineering, project negotiations, schedule supervision, on site construction and field operation management, and overall financial management. Ramiro believes in the team mentality and is unwavering in pushing the entire team to perform above and beyond their own as well as the clients’ expectations. 

Denise is a innovative and proactive industry professional offering 15+ years of experience in construction business development. As well as Managing Principal she is also Vice President of  Development and CHRO for Neucor, overseeing client management and contract negotiations and human resources. She is highly skilled in forecasting trends in real estate development and a strategic planner for serving construction niche markets. She is a trustworthy negotiator whose client satisfaction are the center core of her focus. Denise has been dedicated to building strong relationships while always being a tactical team builder with a strong background in community engagement. Proficient in capitalizing on emerging opportunities she's worked in the A/E/C industry building a diverse construction portfolio at various large to mid size firms throughout her career.
